An interview between Location Matters and David Mittleman, Pizza on Pearl. 

How did you get connected with Location Matters?

I have known Mike DiNorscia for a long time and he has helped me look for locations in the past.  I knew he would be a great source to go to when I was considering selling my business.

Why did you feel it was important to use a broker in selling your business?

I wanted to get the maximum exposer for my business and at same time I wanted to keep the transaction confidential.

Location Matters represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction, did this create any problems or conflicts for you?

No problems or conflicts whatsoever.  It was a very seamless process and I never felt pressured in anyway.

Was there anything you would have liked to have seen handled differently?

No, everything was handled extremely well and there were no problems or complications.

Do you feel like you got maximum value for your business?

I believe that I received a fair price for Pizza on Pearl and was very pleased with the overall outcome.

Do you think the broker earned his fee in this instance?

Yes, absolutely! I feel that it is not necessarily the amount of time that was spent on this transaction but the effort and energy that was put in and the ability to pull the parties together.

How was your experience working with Location Matters?

Everyone was extremely professional and  absolutely on top of the transaction all the way through until closing.

Would you work with Location Matters again in the future?

Yes! Absolutely will work with Location Matters again.  They were very thorough, very responsive and did an amazing job!
