San Diego, CA, 2011: Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Real Estate Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, facilitated the signing of a 10-year lease for The Broken Yolk Café’s 7th location at 3577 Midway Drive in San Diego, former Brick Alley Restaurant.

The lease, for the 5,750 square foot restaurant space, was valued at $1,467,480.
