Location Matters assists with the 2nd location lease for Phil’s BBQ in North County
San Diego, CA, October 2009: Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Real Estate Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, facilitated the lease for Phil’s BBQ’s second location in San Diego’s North County.
The lease was signed by Phil’s BBQ for 6,842 square feet of restaurant space at Creekside Marketplace in San Marcos, CA.
The five year lease is valued at $821,000 and will take over a location previously occupied by Johnny Carino’s Restaurant.
