San Diego, CA, May 4, 2011 – Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Real Estate Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, has announced the facilitation of new lease in the vibrant, up-and-coming North Park neighborhood.
Spirited Group I LLC, whose affiliates currently own/operate several other major urban cocktail lounge establishments throughout Los Angeles, has leased 4,273 SF of retail space at 3054-3056 University Ave, San Diego 92104 from AshRon General Partnership for a 10 year term and will replace the former Bacchus House Nightclub.
The Lessee was represented by Paul Ahern of Location Matters. The Lessor represented itself.
